An Okay Stay, With Some Issues
poor water pressure awkward faucet
The staff was helpful when needed.
The bathroom design had issues. The faucet barely extended over the sink. Washing hands created a mess around the basin! The water pressure in the shower was also poor.

excellent location convenient facilities easy parking complimentary water
The location was excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. our room had convenient tea and coffee facilities with biscuits provided (a real treat!). i found parking easy to manage. I just registered my vehicle at reception. the room also featured a refrigerator, including two complimentary water bottles.
I noticed a slight issue with the lighting options in the room. Some were a bit dim.

The hotel has spacious rooms. I found them very clean. a short walk of just 5 minutes took me into town and the beds are comfortable! i really slept like a log.

upgraded room quality products comfortable bed good service
i found the hotel to be quite convenient. my upgraded room had a good size and included a fridge. the bathroom was equipped with crabtree products, which i appreciated. i had a very comfortable bed.
The car park signage regarding payment was unclear upon arrival. It did not explicitly mention the exemption for hotel guests.

The hotel is near the train station. This allowed easy access. it is also a short walk into the town's main attractions. this location provided good access to various sites.

the room was well-appointed and fairly spacious (i was in a beautiful king room). i found the air conditioning and heating to be effective. the bed was of good quality, and i slept soundly each night.

the staff were friendly and professional . they promptly met requests for extra items like towels and water. i observed that the bar staff were kind and helpful with requests.

The room was clean. I cannot deny that.
The air conditioning didn't work in the first room. That was annoying. i had to move rooms. It was an inconvenience. even in the upgraded room, the air conditioning was still broken. there were no fans available either (i guess everyone else was hot, too).

I found the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of fresh choice. Location was great, just few minutes to the center. I did like its proximity to various amenities.
The pillows provided were too soft for my preference.

hard bed faulty air conditioning
the location was decent. it was a short walk to the town center.
the room wasn't great though. the bed was hard and uncomfortable, giving me a terrible night's sleep. also, the air conditioning didn't work. i reported this to the reception, but nothing changed. we were told to close the window, but that didn't help at all

The hotel's location offered quick access to attractions. The cleanliness I found in the room. The bed and pillows were perfect after long day.
